Good Vibes Pharmacy is an online pharmacy that offers parapharmaceutical products, such as cosmetics, food supplements, orthopedic items, children's and baby products, etc. According to the current Cypriot legislation, the distribution of medicines (prescription or not) as well as the execution of medical prescriptions is prohibited.

Good Vibes Pharmacy is the online store of "Clio Hadjiyianni Pharmacy  Ltd", a registered Company in the Republic of Cyprus,  based in Nicosia.

Please make sure you agree to the following terms and conditions, as any transaction you make with us is governed by them. Any use of the services of Good Vibes Pharmacy means the unconditional acceptance of the terms hereof and your compliance with the applicable Cyprus legislation governing these transactions.

2. Services provided and product prices

Good Vibes Pharmacy undertakes to make every effort to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information provided on its website, regarding the information about Good Vibes Pharmacy   and the characteristics of the products and services available, without prejudice to any technical or typographical errors, as well as errors made by error, omission or due to force majeure or technical failures. Customers of Good Vibes Pharmacy agree that they will not use Good Vibes Pharmacy to publish, send or transmit by any physical, digital or other means content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or harassing according to morality, or violates someone else's privacy, shows empathy, or expresses racial; national or other discrimination, or may cause harm to minors in any way, or is not entitled to be transmitted in accordance with applicable law or morality, or constitutes internal or confidential information. Customers accept that Good Vibes Pharmacy bears no responsibility for any problem arising from third parties acting contrary to the above.

Good Vibes Pharmacy follows all legal procedures to ensure the maximum degree of secure transactions for all users. Every transaction made through our website is governed by International and European Law, which regulates issues related to e-commerce and distance selling, as well as by the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994). Good Vibes Pharmacy guarantees the security of your information and does not store in any way information about credit, debit or prepaid cards. All financial transactions made using the card are processed through the secure payment platform JCC. During the online payment, the user is transferred to an encrypted secure connection page with 128-bit SSL protocol, which belongs exclusively to the bank or institution selected. Card information (card number, CVV2/CVC2, expiration date) is transmitted/transferred over the Internet in encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible by third parties. 9. Product Availability – Product Shipping

For all products contained in the catalogues of Good Vibes Pharmacy  there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. This way you will be able to easily find out before placing your order which of our products are available in our warehouses and immediately deliverable as well as which products are not immediately available but we expect to receive them from our suppliers on a specified date. However, you can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses and we will contact you by e-mail and / or phone, within a reasonable time, to inform you about the possible time of receipt of the product from the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you. In this case, you may, if you consider that this period does not satisfy you, to request the withdrawal of an order of the product in question. In any case, it should be made clear that the above delivery time of your order depends on the availability of products in our warehouses. In addition, we provide you with the opportunity to choose whether you wish to receive all the products, which may due to their different availability will have a different delivery time, with a shipment to their place of delivery at the latest date and as soon as it is possible to deliver them to the transport service or to receive them with partial deliveries depending on the time they can be delivered to you. In case of partial deliveries each shipment is considered as a separate order, therefore the rules for free shipping, gifts etc. They apply separately and not to the entire original order. If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the specified time, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order. If a defective product is found in the delivered quantities and Good Vibes Pharmacy is responsible, e.g. bad packaging, damage during transport, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacement with our shipping costs or refund. Good Vibes Pharmacy is not responsible or liable for compensation (beyond the value of the order if it has been prepaid) for any damage, damage or other matter that may arise such as failure to provide support services or delay in sending an order for any reason. During the registration and processing of your order, automated messages (email/sms/viber) may be received informing you about the progress of your order. 12. Sales Documents – Receipts – Invoices

In the context of the ecological consciousness that governs Good Vibes Pharmacy, but also for your better service, the sales document (Invoice or Retail Receipt) of your order is sent electronically, to the email you have stated. If, however, you wish to receive a hard copy of the sales document, please note it in the comments of your order.

Good Vibes Pharmacy  uses gift vouchers/coupons as a means of promotion, which may refer to an absolute or percentage extra discount. Gift vouchers / coupons are under no circumstances exchangeable for cash, may have a specific period of validity and other restrictions (e.g. minimum order amount or validity on specific products only). As in most stores, parallel promotions are not aggregated or combined, but the largest one applies, so each order can be redeemed a gift voucher / coupon. Good Vibes Pharmacy  reserves the right to cancel gift vouchers/coupons if it deems it necessary.

If, however, we cannot resolve the issue you have and you believe that your transactions between us infringe to any extent any of your rights, you may, in accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Cyprus  , make use of the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure throughout the European Union.
