9. Product Availability – Product Shipping
For all products contained in the catalogues of Good Vibes Pharmacy there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. However, you can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses and we will contact you by e-mail and / or phone, within a reasonable time, to inform you about the possible time of receipt of the product from the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you. In this case, you may, if you consider that this period does not satisfy you, to request the withdrawal of an order of the product in question. In any case, it should be made clear that the above delivery time of your order depends on the availability of products in our warehouses. In addition, we provide you with the opportunity to choose whether you wish to receive all the products, which may due to their different availability will have a different delivery time, with a shipment to their place of delivery at the latest date and as soon as it is possible to deliver them to the transport service or to receive them with partial deliveries depending on the time they can be delivered to you. In case of partial deliveries each shipment is considered as a separate order, therefore the rules for free shipping, gifts etc. They apply separately and not to the entire original order. If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the specified time, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order. If a defective product is found in the delivered quantities and Good Vibes Pharmacy is responsible, e.g. bad packaging, damage during transport, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacement with our shipping costs or refund.
