RETURN POLICY

Product returns

Return Policy

Before returning the product, it is necessary to contact the service department of Good Vibes Pharmacy.

The return must be made within 10  calendar days from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (eg the product must not have been opened and is in excellent condition. For this reason we recommend sending the product in appropriate packaging - not an envelope). 

Returns should be made by courier company and not by post.

In case of use of the product or alteration of their original packaging, the return is not accepted.

Refunds are made within 30 days of returning and receiving the products from our company.

If an invoice is issued, the return must be made with a consignment note.

In case the return is not made within 10  calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, GoodVibespharmacy has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them.

In case of a defective product or shipping error, we proceed to a replacement or refund corresponding to the value of the products, following the following Return Procedure:

Pack and send the package with the products with the cooperating courier company of our pharmacy (ACS Courrier) and at the recipient's charge. Inside the shipping package, you will have placed a note informing us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product, as well as the proof of purchase.

If the return conditions apply, we proceed to a relevant replacement or credit of the corresponding amount to your bank account, Paypall or credit if the initial payment was made in this way.

In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be refunded to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.

In the physical store: call the service department to pre-arrange and order the product to be replaced. Then, you bring the product to the pharmacy along with the proof of purchase and after checking to verify that the return conditions apply, the value of the product/products is refunded to the same means of payment with which you completed the order.   

The opening hours of the changes are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (except weekends).

In case of change at the customer's request:

 

The return must be made within 10  calendar days from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (eg the product has not been opened and is in excellent condition. For this reason we recommend sending the product in appropriate packaging, not an envelope).  

The costs of the return are covered by the customer. Attention: the shipment can be made by courier company and not by regular mail.

The parcel you will return must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt and the code or codes with which you want it replaced. 

In case of refund, your bank account is sent to us (in case the initial payment was made by deposit or cash on delivery) or we credit your credit card if the initial payment was made in this way.

After the relevant check has been carried out by the competent department and the conditions for return are met, we proceed to its replacement or refund.

Please note that if after the change the order does not exceed 40€, there will be a charge of 2.50€ shipping costs + 2.00€ cash on delivery.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

In any case, you must first contact the service department of Good Vibes Pharmacy.

Changes of products that are part of an offer package are not accepted. The entire package should be replaced.
